音頻描述	Project Background英文男聲音頻文稿 Introduction Of Tai Cang Expansion Project Project Background Invested and constructed by BP (China) Holdings Limited, BP (China) Industrial Lubricants Co., Ltd. is located at the petrochemical industrial area of Taicang Port Development Zone. The factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters, among which, the green area is 10,000 square meters. The annual capacity of lubricant and cutting oil is 90,000 tons. After ten years of development, the sale of BP auto lubricants is rapidly increasing at an average annual pace of over 10%. The current capacity cannot support more market demand. According to the market demand, BP intends to expand based on the existing idle land. In the meantime, project will share with current plant utilities and achieve the annual capacity of 163,000 tons of lubricant and cutting oil after the expansion. BP products will be extensively used in the running, operation and maintenance of various vehicle, marine and industrial machineries after the expansion project. The total investment of the project is 76 million US Dollars and the registered capital of the factory is increased to 49.34 million US Dollars. The expansion project will newly add the following utilities: One 10' piggable jetty line with insulation in JYPC jetty; Twenty new base oil tanks with the storage capacity of 9,900 m3; Twenty-one new additive tanks with the storage capacity of 1,800 m3; Advanced ILB and three BBV blending system will be newly added to the blending work center; 12 finished product tanks: One 1 litre automatic rotary line with capacity 250 bpm One 4 litre automatic rotary line with capacity 150 bpm; And one 1 litre and 4 litre semi-automatic rotary line. The preliminary environmental impact assessment, safety pre-assessment filing, occupational hygiene filing and firefighting design filing of the project have been completed. The Planning permit and Construction permit have also been obtained. At present, the project is at the stage of civil and MEI construction, and mechanical completion will be in June 2017. Project Construction Process Since the project was started in 2015, with the concern and support of each department of the company, the project team and construction company have been working in an orderly way, bringing achievements to the project phase by phase. Foundation excavation, steel banding, template supporting, cement pouring, tank base and pump base manufacturing and underground pipe laying have been completed in Tank Farm. A successful existing filling line relocation was completed on Oct, 2016 and start to product without delay. Workers will accept safety training before site. Besides, project managers will communicate construction safety everyday at the morning tool box meeting. The Permit to Work shall be issued everyday before the construction work. In the meantime, project safety engineers will frequently go to the construction site to check the safety conditions of workers during construction, such as checking the safety conditions of scaffold and relevant tools, to eliminate potential safety hazard and ensure construction safety.
